I'm Using mxStackLayout of jgraphx 1.10.4.2 to create a graph, it's basically a class diagram, but it seems that edges are overlapping other vertices as well as other edges, and due to that it's difficult to understand, here's the output

and the code is

The Edges Overlap with vertices as well as other edges, and i'm using orthogonalEdgeStyle, is there any solution for that?

You will need to write a custom layout for this. The orthogonal edge style just takes into account the source and target vertices, you need a global orthogonal edge router, which the Java version doesn't have.
