Hi. I would like collapsed swimlanes to look like a regular shape. I have created a custom shape for "shape=swimlane" which paints a mxSwimlaneShape if expanded and a mxRectangleShape when collapsed. This works well.

The only difference is the label position. The (maximum) bounds for the label of a normal vertex is the full vertex box. The (maximum) bounds for a swimlane is the width of the swimlane vertex * the start height.

\n

Is there an easy way to achieve this, or do I override something?

All the best!

You could try matching it with spacingTop/spacingBottom instead.
