Is it possible to use codec.decode(...) incrementally? I have a server-push sending a whole new XML document when a change should appear in my graph; do I have to crunch my entire graph and re-draw it from scratch, or is there a way to make the decode function work incrementally, only loading the differences?

The changes can be encoded directly. Please contact support for details.

I'm confused: how do I contact support? The Support for JGraphX and mxGraph page suggests that this is where one gets support... ?

Sorry, I think the assumption was that you're an existing customer. Please use the contact form on the website and we'll get you some help.

... and if I am working for an existing customer? :)

then tell us who it is, there's hundreds of you :D (you have the contact details in your purchase email). If you don't have that, again, use the contact form on the web site.

Thanks David! I spoke to my supervisors and it looks like we're "trial customers" for the moment, so my support call will have to wait.
