What we are trying to achieve is to dynamically change the side panel based on a user request, for example, the user will click a button that will load a different side panel to the screen.

each panel includes different items. how can we do something similar ?

For diagram.ly the code to add new panels is in the LibraryPanel.js. The same code can be used to add new palettes at runtime. I'm not sure about removing panels, but I think the respective ExtJs Container will have the respective methods.

You can use the code in LibraryPanel.js lines 37 to add a new panel and the code inGraphEditor.js lines 298-309 and 561-566 to add entries to it.
