Upon the administrator adding draw.io to the Google Apps domain, no setup is required on the part of the administrator.

Upon each user activating the draw.io application for the first time (and on each new browser that users does this on), the user will see a permissions screen stating the following (with explanations indented):

draw.io is requesting permission to:

- View basic information about your account
*The application requires your unique google ID to authorise use of your Google Drive*

- Add itself to Google Drive
*This integrates the application with your Google Drive user interface, so that the "create" and right click "open with" offer the option of using the application directly.*

- View your email address
*This is required to correctly handle multiple Google accounts on the same browser.*

- View and manage Google Drive files that you have opened or created with this app
        *As it says.*

- Perform these operations when I'm not using the application
*This statement is always displayed, however, the application does not perform these operations when you are not using the application.*
