I'm trying to import an image in Diagram.ly First thing i did was look up on the forums and did find one post/answer about how to do it. Unfortunely those instructions are not working. I tried useing the "Cog wheel" icon. When right clicking the item there is no "format" within the selection. I've also tried useing the Format button in the above toolbar when the "Cog wheel" item is selected. Went to "Style" and tried pasteing the direct link of the picture i want to import. Unsuccessful. Any help on how to properly do this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |

"For local images, you can use the image icon in the toolbar to upload the image using this mode." I have an existing file that I was doing the "this Mode" on to import images. Now when I have re-opened the file at a later time, I can no longer see the selection of "google docs", "Upload Photos", "Your photos." All that is available is the damn google search. When I open a new document from the "this" link, it works again. How do I change it back on my original file to import images again? Please NO CODE writing - I can not do that.

Thank you for the response! Tried that - went to open document - 2 choices - 1) "open in new window" = does not open my existing document and is just a blank page. 2) "Replace existing drawing" = does not open my existing document and is just a blank page. In the address bar it shows = https://www.draw.io/?fileId="xxx Correct File name xxx"?picker=2 With the "?picker=2" the file will not show, without it, it does.

This was a bug, a fix has been deployed. If you refresh your browser it should now work. Thanks for the report.
